Supporting innovative projects that drive systemic change
About Our Funding
The Endowment for Health’s grantmaking focuses on addressing the root causes of health disparities in New Hampshire through collaboration and collective impact. Our approach supports innovative projects that create meaningful, lasting solutions for all Granite Staters.
We prioritize strategies to drive systemic change. These include:
-
Understanding structural inequality through data and lived experiences.
-
Centering transformative and relational change.
-
Shifting power to those most affected by the issues that we work to address.
-
Listening to — and acting with — communities.
-
Developing accountable leadership.
We work with a network of community members, organizations, and institutions to solve complex social challenges by identifying shared priorities, fostering leadership, building knowledge, and aligning policy goals.
