About Our Funding
The Endowment for Health’s grantmaking focuses on addressing the root causes of health disparities in New Hampshire through collaboration and collective impact. Our approach supports innovative projects that create meaningful, lasting solutions for all Granite Staters.
We prioritize strategies to drive systemic change. These include:

Application Tools
Application Templates
Program Grant applications include a narrative, workplan, and intended outcome metrics using the Measurement Framework. Templates are provided to assist with applying for a Program Grant.
Budget Guidelines
Applications require a budget. The budget table and budget justification show how much your project will cost, the source of project funds, and how the funds will be used. Templates are provided to demonstrate the Endowment’s preferred format, though the Endowment will accept other budget formats.
