Tri-State Learning Collaborative on Aging
Through cross-border conversations and learning, the Tri-State Learning Collaborative on Aging encourages collaboration among municipal, policy, advocacy, healthcare, and business leaders working across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont to promote age-positive policy and advocacy efforts.
The challenges associated with healthy aging in later years of life can be vast because our systems and structures have not adjusted as our life expectancy increases. There is, however, an equal amount of opportunity associated with potential systems improvements- both small and large- that can have direct and positive impacts both on older adults and on their care network.
Together we can identify those systems improvements and initiatives, share details about the structures that support them, and engage communities to replicate them across the region.
