In light of critical shortages in the state, a dedicated coalition of New Hampshire experts in health care workforce convened to strengthen and build the field. These providers, educators, agency administrators, and policy makers developed the Giving Care Plan.

 

The plan includes over 100 strategies to address the pipeline, recruitment, and retention needs facing the state; critical policy and regulatory issues; and data needs; and calls for coordination and governance of workforce development efforts.
