To fund staff, convening and costs associated with the design, facilitation and guidance of race and equity related work and programming in NH. GRANT DESCRIPTION This proposal combines an ongoing partnership between the Endowment for Health and NH Listens with an additional commitment from Marcy Carsey and the UNH Foundation to compliment and amplify that partnership focused on health equity, the social determinants of health, and specifically racial equity. The focus of this proposal is the Leadership Learning Exchange for Equity, including a shared gathering with the Equity Leaders Fellowship, all cohort gatherings, and the final two cohorts of L2E2, cohorts 17 and 18. Second, we will complete a comprehensive network analysis and impact review of L2E2. Third, we will work closely with Leadership New Hampshire to connect LNH alums and L2E2 alums in regional gatherings to plan shared work. We are building capacity in NH Listens, the Carsey School of Public Policy, and the University of New Hampshire, as well as the state of New Hampshire to relentlessly foster a healthy, multiracial, and pluralistic democracy.
