    The National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Health and Health Care (US Dept. of Health & Human Services, Office of Minority Health) are a blueprint for individuals and healthcare organizations to advance health equity, improve quality, and help eliminate healthcare disparities. The Discussion Guides can be used by audiences viewing We Are Here videos to advance culturally and linguistically appropriate services.

    A disconnect exists between the healthcare workforce needs in New Hampshire and the limited availability of placement sites for health professional students. The NH Area Health Education Center Network assessed opportunities and barriers related to clinical placement, in collaboration with academic training programs, students, and healthcare organizations. This report synthesizes the data collected and creates an action plan.

    In September 2021, the Endowment for Health Board of Directors launched a year-long strategic planning process to reflect on our past, contend with the present, and resource a future that provides good health and realized potential for all. Leveraging robust Board member dialogue, extensive committee engagement, and insights from the Endowment’s Advisory Council, we forged the strategy and roadmap for the next five years.
