Planning Grants, Convening Grants, and Technical Assistance Grants provide funds to support 1) project planning, 2) symposia, conferences, and supporting groups to collectively address health-related issues, and 3) technical assistance to improve the health-related work of nonprofit organizations.

By funding planning and technical assistance, we strive to assist New Hampshire organizations with small infrastructures and/or few financial resources to acquire the expertise necessary to improve their organizational capabilities. We also believe that gathering diverse stakeholders together to exchange information is an important element in health improvement.

The following are the characteristics of Planning, Convening, and Technical Assistance Grants:

• Proposals are given priority if they address an Endowment theme.
• There is no predetermined amount or duration of the award.
• To apply, submit a Grant Proposal form.
• The following proposal due dates and corresponding award dates apply to all three of these grants (Planning, Convening, Technical Assistance):
