Applied Research Grants and Data Grants provide funds for applied research, data collection and / or analysis, and related activities that improve the understanding of health issues in New Hampshire. Proposals for these grant types are solicited by the Endowment through invitation. In order to address the health needs of New Hampshire residents and the adequacy of our health system, New Hampshire must thoroughly understand identified needs, become familiar with Best Practices from throughout the United States, and understand and test potential solutions. To achieve this level of knowledge, it is essential to have reliable, comprehensive, current information regarding the health of New Hampshire residents and communities. To help develop this information, the Endowment issues invitations to organizations to apply for funding in research and / or data collection / analysis. The following are the characteristics of Applied Research Grants and Data Grants:
If an organization receives an invitation, it may apply for a grant using the Grant Proposal form.
To obtain a better understanding of the kind of ideas that receive funding, review the Applied Research Grant and Data Grant awards that have been made by the Endowment in the past. |
