Grant Profiles

We feature the work of our grantees on a regular basis through our web-based grant profiles. In these profiles, you’ll learn of work that exemplifies one or more Endowment for Health theme-related outcomes and strategies. We also feature work that illustrates other Endowment-specific organizational outcomes.

We seek to profile projects that show a demonstrable link to health improvement in the state with the added bonus of having tangible impact in a region, community or city/town in New Hampshire.
