Progress Reporting
The Progress Report is the key communication tool between the Endowment and the grantee. It allows you to assess your own achievements throughout the course of the project (usually at six-month intervals) while keeping the Endowment apprised of results and outcomes along the way.
We use this information to get a snapshot of overall progress within theme areas. This information is also shared with our Program Committee and Board of Directors to keep them abreast of our work and organizational outcomes.
Progress Report templates are sent to you 30 days prior to the due date. Contact Sue Fulton at sfulton@endowmentforhealth.org for more information on the Progress Report process.
You will also be asked to produce a final report upon completion of your project. This information is extremely important to the Endowment as we assess our investment in key areas and consider related projects in the future. This also provides insight into how we can improve our grantmaking.
Program Directors create a final Close Out Report in order to document the work of your project. This information resides permanently on our Grants Database and is often shared with other funders on a statewide and national basis.
