Proposal Guidelines

Every foundation has different proposal guidelines based on their philosophy and mission.  The Endowment for Health has designed its proposal guidelines to assist in making focused investments that will help us achieve our organizational and theme outcomes.

As a foundation, you will find the Endowment for Health to be deliberate and transparent in its decision making.  We work in partnership with our grantees and other community partners to achieve mutually desired goals during all stages of the grant relationship.

In the interest of fairness, we do not change Proposal Guidelines in the middle of any program year.  Changes, if any, are made effective October 1, the official start of any given program year, and are broadly communicated to all interested parties.
