Applied Research & Data Application
Applied Research Grants and Data Grants provide funds to conduct applied research, collect data, and/or analyze data to enhance the understanding of health issues in New Hampshire.
Characteristics:
- Proposals are given priority if they address an Endowment theme.
- There is no predetermined amount or duration of the award.
- The results of an Applied Research or Data Grant must be made available to the public.
- If applicable, the data collection methodology must be reviewed by an institutional review board.
- Grant proposals are only accepted from organizations that submit a Letter of Inquiry, which are frequently initiated by the Endowment.
- To apply, submit a Letter of Inquiry by January 15. The Endowment responds with a letter of decline or an invitation to apply by February 15.
- The deadline to apply for a grant is March 31. The award date is June 30 and the grant start date is usually October 1.
